We want you to have the best cleaning experience possible and will do everything we can to make your purchase of Mile HIGH Cleaner one of the best choices you have ever made.  We will walk you through the steps to clean your piece using our cleaner and tools, send replacements for damaged shipments or offer discounts and free products on your next order. Let us know what we can do to make it right.


Our products work in a whole new way, but if you did not watch the videos on how to use MHC and you decided it try and shake it like all the other cleaners out there, then you will not get good results. This is NOT a SHAKE and WAIT cleaner. Use tools. If you cannot figure it out, we can help you but you have to STOP the old ways of Shaking and Waiting. By far that is the DUMBEST WAY TO CLEAN! We scrub EVERYTHING with tools. If you cannot access certain chambers inside the bong because they are ‘dead ends’ then you bought a STUPID BONG. I don’t mean to make you feel bad but come on! If you buy ANYTHIING that uses water but cannot be scrubbed clean, it WILL GROW GERMS AND BACTERIA. Did you NEED a percolator…? Probably not, but you thought is looked cool. Function and ease of cleaning are WAY more important than ‘looking cool’.  If you like bubbling water, buy a fountain…

Sometimes, on occasion we will ask you to return the item back for inspection to see if there is an actual problem with the formula not working. BTW, the formula always works! In 8 years it has ALWAYS BEEN end users trying to SHAKE the formula or not warming the piece to get the resin gooey; basically, not watching the instructions.

If we receive a questionable order but it was END USER ERROR we will have a conversation about your lack of being able to follow directions and your inability to change your mindset on how to clean. Shaking is not and has never been an effective way to clean.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
